TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Preamble
These general conditions of sale are concluded between on the one hand the micro-enterprise Princesse Garage / Emilie Loubiere registered with the TARN chamber of trades under number 823 75 181 RM 810 and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.princessegarage.com hereinafter referred to as " the buyer ”.
Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Princesse Garage and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Princesse Garage merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or an individual .
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over all other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Princesse Garage.
Princesse Garage reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the site www.princessegarage.com
These products and services are offered while stocks last.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description drawn up by Princesse Garage a soap.
The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered.
Prices
Princesse Garage reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the purchaser.
The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery. These costs are calculated according to the weight of the package, the carrier and the geographical location selected by the buyer.
Orders
The buyer who wishes to buy a product or a service must :
select the product (s) he wishes to buy and configure them correctly (if necessary),
fill in the identification form on which he will indicate the requested contact details or give his client ID if he has one,
validate your order after checking it,
make the payment under the conditions provided,
confirm their order and payment.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

Withdrawal and return costs
In accordance with the legislation governing mail order sales, the buyer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Code. The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day of receipt of the goods. If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
The buyer is entitled to cancel his order during this period. This cancellation is effective as soon as he returns the goods, at his expense, and in the original packaging, by parcel post against signature.
The buyer does not have to justify his change of mind. The seller has 30 days from receipt of the goods to reimburse the customer or make an exchange if the buyer wishes.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Are included :
the additional costs of delivery of the goods if the buyer chooses a more expensive delivery method than the delivery method offered by Raconte moi un soap,
the fixed and proportional costs of the provision of the service, the execution of which began before the end of the withdrawal period, at the express request of the purchaser.
In the event that part of the order is returned, Princesse Garage will reimburse the buyer ordering costs in proportion to the number of items returned, except in the case of flat-rate delivery costs.
Payment terms

Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be in a geographical area available on the Princesse Garage site.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of Princesse Garage. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are only indicative, if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer will be reimbursed.
Guarantee
All the products supplied by Princesse Garage benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to Princess Garage who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post, within thirty days of delivery, to the following address :

Archiving and proof
Princesse Garage will archive the purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized registers of Princesse Garage will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
